Motion authorizing the Manager, on behalf of the District, to execute Change Order No. 4 to Contract 430-2274, with Biomark, Inc., increasing the not-to-exceed contract price by $325,674.00 for a new contract total of $559,674.00, revising the rate schedule, adding additional reporting requirements, and extending the contract completion date by three (3) calendar years to February 28, 2015.
