Grant PUD completed and submitted its Final License Application to FERC in 2003.
  FERC’s environmental review of material filed by the utility and others is consistent with federal agency obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and will serve as the basis for its decision on the relicensing of the Priest Rapids Project.  Major relicensing milestones can be found below, from pre-filing documents at the bottom of this page, to current and anticipated steps at the top.

Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)

The final EIS contains FERC staff’s analysis regarding Grant PUD’s Final License Application proposal and the alternatives for relicensing the Priest Rapids Project. The final EIS documents the views of the FERC Commission staff and of government agencies, non-government organizations, affected Indian tribes, the public, and the license applicant.
