Shoreline Management Plan (SMP)
Grant PUD has filed for approval of a final Shoreline Management Plan to protect the scenic quality of the mid-Columbia River. The plan contains a provision to protect and enhance Crescent Bar Island. The Shoreline Management Plan directs land use and activities within the Priest Rapids Project -Boundary.

Procedures & Standards Manual
Grant PUD will finalizing it’s Procedures Standards Manual in late 2010, and will implement it once FERC approves the Shoreline Management Plan. The Procedures & Standards Manual describes detailed processes and procedures for specific land use authorizations and activities on Grant PUD property including application fees, monitoring measures, renews and more. Stay tuned for future developments related to this document.
