The Crescent Bar Recreation Area is a popular recreation site on the Columbia River. Owned by Grant PUD and leased to the Port of Quincy, roughly 400 parties lease condominiums and RV lots on Crescent Bar Island.
Upon expiration of the lease in 2012, Grant PUD will begin to transition the island to full public use and access.
