Share the Warmth
Share the Warmth is a community-funded program offered by Grant PUD that provides emergency assistance for those who need help with winter electric bills.  It is administered through OIC.  Please contact them for qualifications.

BudgetPay
BudgetPay is a level payment option offered at Grant PUD.  With BudgetPay you know exactly how much your electric bill is going to be each and every month – just like a car loan, rent or mortgage payment. Ask a customer service representative to calculate a monthly BudgetPay amount on your residence. Many customers on fixed incomes find levelized billing helpful in managing their electric bill with other financial obligations.

Low-Income Rate Discounts
Customers that meet Grant PUD low-income guidelines and are either 62 years of age or have a qualifying disability may be eligible for a 20 percent rate discount on their electric bill. To find out if you qualify for the senior or disabled rate discount, please contact Customer Service.
