- Approval to send one employee to the 14th Annual Legacy Oral History Workshop in San Francisco, California on June 12 – 14, 2008.

Motion authorizing the Manager, on behalf of the District, to execute Change Order No. 1 to Contract 430-2477 with Tom Kaye, Institute for Applied Ecology, revising the Appendix A rate schedule to include travel expenses, extending the contract completion date to June 30, 2008, and increasing the not-to-exceed contract amount by $3,500.00 for a new total contract price of $14,900.00. Motion authorizing the Manager, on behalf of the District, to execute Change Order No. 2 to Contract 130-2395 with Softsmiths, Inc., extending the contract completion date to May 31, 2008 with out change to the total not-to-exceed contract price. (2547)
Motion authorizing the Manager, on behalf of the District, to execute Contract 430-2465, with Doble Engineering Co. for electrical testing equipment and services for a three year period in the not-to-exceed amount of $138,000.00 plus sales tax. (2548)
